I tweaked my lower back playing basketball. It’s not that serious but I don’t want it to become serious. My dad, who’s a medical doctor, said I should go easy on it for about 1 to 2 weeks. What exercises can I do in the meantime?
I don’t like taking time completely off from exercising, unless I absolutely have to. I assume I could at least do seated military presses and biceps and triceps stuff. What else? Or should I just suck it up and not exercise at all until the back is back to normal? Thanks!
