Exercises For the Weekend

Monday I do chest/abs
Tuesday Legs
Wendensday back/tris
Thursday Shoulders
Friday Forarm/biceps

On saturday and sunday my gym closes by the time I’m out of work, is there anything I can do at the house to supplement my workouts? Would just a jog or jumping rope on these 2 days hurt me if I was trying to bulk? Thanks.

How about some cardio. And some rest.
