1 year ago I injured my groin playing b-ball. Think it was torn since it took 3 months to heal. 2 months ago I slightly strained it and couldn’t play ball for a week. Same thing happened last Wednesday. On all occasions I know I didn’t warm it up properly. Of course I will in the future. Are there any specific exercises that will strengthen it?. (besides the gay abductor machine; i’m already on it). Any good dynamic stretches before I do these activities to warm it up?
sumo deadlift always got mine pretty good
you’d probably be better off doing some sort of rehab type exercises, possibly with your own twist to increase intensity to your liking.
