I think a naturally prone neck post puberty is like being knock kneed/bow legged. IMO not much you can do to rectify this condition. Strengthen your neck muscles instead.
Properly executed deadlifts will strengthen your neck. YOU may want to talk to a good coach to teach you to slowly build on neck bridges (do only under supervision). I am also impressed with the 4 way neck machine in most gyms these days. remember to stretch your neck well before and after each workout.
