Exercise with Hamstring Strain

I strained my hamstring today at the gym and I was curious if you think it would be okay ride an exercise bike or do the morning walks LL suggests? I want to still have some sort of cardio activity without hampering my recovery.

I would try some light, low-intensity walking, depending on how serious the strain was.

Go get some ART immediately. I strained a hammy last year doing sprints. Got ART the next day and I was 100% 3 days later. No bull. Ice and heat as well.

get on the bike and ride, man. if you've ever seen college football practices, all the athletes with leg injuries are riding the bike by the field. Its a good way to decrease swelling and pump some good fresh blood into the injured area.
