Exercise Substitution

As some of you may know, I’m doing madcow starting monday and I feel like a large part of my progress in my last cycle of this was the weighted hypers…but I recently moved to college and am not in the same gym and they don’t have one (crazy), or a GHR. What would be the best substitution, RDL? Good mornings?

No substitute for the hypers. Ur screwed. Downers.

Pullthroughs?

^hoping this is sarcasm.

Do what you can, RDL’s sound fine. Plenty of people have gotten strong without hypers.

I’d do either RDLs with a lighter weight, focusing on feeling the hamstrings stretch, or the same thing with DBs

RDLs and goodmornings are both superior to hypers anyways. This will be a good change even if forced.

Be careful of form. Read up on proper execution and ask someone who knows for live help.

Appreciate it guys, pumped to start madcow tomorrow!

Appreciate the great read, would it be beneficial to switch it up every once in awhile between seated/standing and wide/narrow GMs?
