Hi CT,
Quick question, I’m about to test my 1RM’s just need some clarification on the best pairings for my exercises.
Currently I have set out:
Thursday-
- Bench Press 1RM
- Deadlift from Pins (just below knees) 1 RM
Saturday-
- Back Squat 1RM
- Military Press 1RM
Is this ok or should I instead pair upper body exercises together & lower body exercise together?
