I have looked through the beginners guides and have gotten some excellent information, but I am having trouble finding information on the exercises themselves. I am very new to weight lifting and I never played any sports in high school. I see people use the names of exercises and I have no idea what they are.
Is there a guide floating around some where that tells me how to do each exercise and what muscle groups they work out? I know the more obvious ones like bench press, squats, incline, etc. But I see some that I have no idea about. Power cleen, hack squat, skullcrushers, just to name a few off the top of my head.
I am trying to figure out what kind of routine I should use, but I don’t know what half of the exercises are.
