Exercise induced headaches

Recently I have been experiencing bad headaches. Anytime I work with high reps with high intensity I get a severe headache. I also get headaches in the mid afternoon in the abscence of carbs. Any suggestions. I understand that blood pressure could be related, If I checked my blood pressure after squats “high reps” and I have a headache what should the pressure be what should I be looking for?

A couple of years ago I experienced this for a couple of months. My blood pressure was low, always has been, so that wasn’t it. Eventually I decided it must be poor, high breathing or perhaps a tendency to hold my breath. I never knew, and it went away and never returned, after I coincidentally joined a yoga class and learned to breathe better while exercising.
