I just started reading this thread and it is very imformative - thanks. Please tell me what GPP stands for and how to do it. Also, what are star jumps and forward/backward scoop throws.

GPP is an acronym for General Physical Preparedness. As far as Coach’s movement descriptions, do an Author search on Coach Davies and another on Kato and print out the results. Aside from being very interesting and valuable information, you’ll find in it their descriptions of nearly every movement (except mountain climbers).
GPP stands for General Physical Preparation. I use GPP slightly different than other coaches because it is a hybrid of SPP (Specialized). I want to always have a large percentage of work that relates specifically to the sport. I think you will find photos of the other items within this weeks article. In faith, Coach Davies
