Uh… this is stupid question but
What is the difference between an incline lateral raise and an incline rear delt raise. I’m currently doing OVT, and i searched on line but i can’t seem to find a difference. Thanks for any help.
Id say the lat raise youd be sitting in an incline bench with your back to the pad in the inc rear delt youd have chest facing pad to hit the rear delt
