I have recently turned my workouts into a high rep very limited rest routine. What has happened to me on 2 different occasions is after the superset of say straight bar curls and tricep extensions, I have the continued sensation of severe muscle contraction, as if I am still trying to grind out another 15 reps. However, the muscle itself is not actually cramping. It is severe enough that it causes me to stop the workout for a great duration if not completely.
I am sure this sounds crazy but if anyone has ever had experience with this or advice it would be super helpful. Thanks
