Excess of Walnuts

In short, can ~150g (5.5 oz)of walnuts damage my health? I keep hearing that this might mean excess iodine, iron, harm my stomach etc. So, is this harmful? I read that the reccomended qty is ~1 oz/day (on T-Nation)

Is that 150g in a meal? or throughout a day?

I love walnuts, maybe not THAT much, but I do eat 2 servings (2 X 30g)during my day…both during snacks. Besides my fish fats, it’s my number one source of poly’s.

I wouldnt say 150 total is to much keep an eye on your iron levels
