Today was my freelance day where I am doing db swings, walks, bat wings..kinda stuff
30, 35, 45, 45, 45 ea arm
15, 25, 35, 35 x10 each arm..started extremely light to make sure shoulder would not freak.
Bat wings 2x5x10sechold
chins done throughout I am guessing around 25ish wasn't keeping count.
Going to do this day without a rep/set plan just going to roll with it..
a ton of stretching a mobility work before and after.....actually feel pretty good..tomorrow will be another story....rack pulls and bench on the menu!
