Hey all, I’m interested in seeing examples of your current diets. I’ll post mine here in a few as soon as I dig out my daily food journal…
MEAL 1: 6 egg whites, broccoli, 1 slice spelt bread, MEAL 2: 1/2 cup oatmeal with protein powder, MEAL 3: 6 oz turkey breast, green beans, MEAL 4: protein drink, macadamia nuts, MEAL 5: Post-workout drink, MEAL 6: 6 oz lean beef, 1/2 sweet potato, green beans, MEAL 7: Half container of cottage cheese, frozen blueberries.
I’m currently on a slow bulking diet(0.5-1lb/week). Here’s my diet breakdown:
Breakfast: ? cup all-bran, 1 slice bread, 2 fruits, 2 cup milk, 1 scoop Whey P. Isolate.
Snack: 1? scoop Protein blend, 1 tablespoon Olive and Flax oil, 1/3 cup almonds or walnuts.
Noon: 200g meat, same oils, 2 serving veggies
w/out: glutacene 40g.
Post w/out shake (30-45minutes after) 40g WPisolate, 30g Maltodextrine, 30g Dextrose, 1 tblespoon homemade chocolate sirup.
Post workout meal: 2 serving oatmeal, 1-2 fruits, 1 cup milk, ? cup plain yogurt maybe ?scoop protein blend
Dinner: any good meal
That’s about it. I take 2g. Vit C, 800iu vit. E and 1 MultiV.
