My girlfriend, who is a vegetarian wants me to devise and eating and exercise program so that she can get in better shape. The exercise program is easy but i’m having a tough time constructing a diet program since she is a vegetarian. She sometimes eats tuna but thats the closest she gets to eating “meat.” She’s also not a big fan of protein shakes or eggs. Any advice would be appreciated.
I am a vegan and can help you out. Staples in her diet should be: almonds, walnuts, pistachios, almond butter, peanut butter, tofu, beans, quinoa etc to get her protein up.
