I have had other logs on this site which log some of my PR’s here is a quick run through
*Box Squat 165kgx4
My body weight is around 78kg now at 5ft9.5
I plan on doing a mass phase now until I hit a bodyweight around 95kg or so. Il be starting this off by using DC with the majority of the exercises picked, mainly for their influence on my deadlift and bench press.
Il be training tomorrow.

I want to be the biggest and strongest I possible can be.
Mondays training. was at a funeral yesterday and trained late on monday so I havent had chance to post it.
80kgx5(last rep paused for 5 secs on chest)
90kgx7,4,3- 90kgx7 is a PR
DB shoulder press
Close grip bench
V handle pulldowns
I was sore during training so I knew I was going to be seriously unconfortable over the next few days
barbell holds(double overhand grip)
Defficite deadlifts(2x25kg plates under each foot)
160kgx2-left it there
200kgx7-PR-left it there
Used this training session as a feeler of sorts to see what weights to use ect as most of these exercises, I dont normaly do
