I've read the book and I liked the idea behind it, that we're genetically cavemans so we have to train and eat like we used to for hundreds of thousands of years. What I don't get is that the book tells you to train only two set per bodypart and not train more than 30 minutes at a time. I've tried it and it doesn't seem to work on my body. It feels like I did nothing. Anyone had success with those programmes? Have I misunderstood something?
