Felt sweet today I had a big breakfast of waffles and eggs
Side laterals
Just killed my shoulders with side laterals till they were full of blood and pumped
Do regular ones/upright row ish then hit a meadows style partials
BtN smith press
Worked up to a 135 x12 5 2
Then a 95 x 20
Pinwheel curls
55x 9 4 2
45x 8
CGBP
195 x 10, 7, 5
Incline curls
45x 8 4 1
Drop set till they fried
DB OH extension
100x 13 5 2
Drop settled down
Rear delt machine destruction
Till they were pumpped and fried
Awesome today! Over 18in pumped let’s see how this goes
I addded those extra days (typo) back in march and I really think I’m going TI be over 18in cold
I’ll measure in two days so the inflammation is down
I need to work on form to a bit On curls
Close grip was weaker today then hoped

Kinda the same thing happened to me a few months ago. I got myself in gear and stopped doing all the stupid stuff that I’d been doing.

Off day Today
Cross roads right now
I’m getting great gains from this Split and I love it
But I have this urge to crank some stuff up frequency wise
I want to see how well my other muscle groups react to 3x a week like my arms and shoulders
I was thinking of an imaginary split last night
It be one exercise per muscle group
I just thinking that’s all at this point
I’m just probably going to stick with the one I’m on
