Everyday Foods

I was hoping this was asked in the next article with Jonny Bowden, but I figured I would ask here as well.

I see many people recommend not eating various foods on a regular basis as it may cause a food allergy. I also see many people recommend eating certain foods on an everyday basis.

What’s the deal? Don’t believe the food allergy dogma? Rotate the brands in which you buy?

Any information would be appreciated.
