Thanks, felt really good today, did them beltless, with a controlled eccentric and dead stop. There might be something in having days off and actually recovering!
Work has got very busy, and Iām having to collect a colleague who live 45mins drive in the opposite direction to work. There will be no gym this week, and then Iām moving into my flat over the weekend and Monday Tuesday.
