7.yo.Daughter worked out with me today, I kept rest between sets short so she didn’t lose interest. Got her doing some goblet Squats holding a 5kg plate, very envious of her mobility and squat depth!

It didn’t matter where or how wide her feet were, she could get atg. Wanted to show her Deadlift, but she just couldn’t get the idea of not folding at the waist so stopped. Had her doing some shoulder presses and lat raises, some ohp with a plate and some curls also. She said she enjoyed it and wants to do it again.
Children that age are just made of rubber it seems.

So close to getting 125kg for a bench Pr. Nice to know the safeties on my stand work for bench. Realised after I’d got the bar set higher than usual, and took quite a bit of effort to unrack which threw me a bit. Lowered it and equalled Pr of 120kg.
