I had a good day running today. Well I forgot the stop watch so I could time myself but still good. Could not run/jog the whole thing but my shin cramps were not as bad and I stuck it out for the whole thing and even had some left to do my sprints. :slight_smile:

My 22 year old daughter (who commutes by bicycle everywhere) called me out to a grudge race at the Greensprint bike spin races.

Basically get on a bike and spin as fast as you can to cover 500 meters.

I won.

Vid is from one of the races here in Omaha from last year.
