I work full time, so all my weekday training is done in the evening (6pm til 8pm).
I have a post workout drink at 8pm, then another P & C at 9pm.
What meal combination would you recommend for breakfast: P & C or P & F.
I soccer train/games 3 times per week, and weight train 3 or 4 times per week on different days.
