Got back into Yoga today, surprisingly I’m still pliable. I havent done that since I I ended wrestling season in spring 08. This is pretty much the only thing I’m doing right now under my current situation

plus some push ups/body weight squats

might start workin in some plyos next weeks

i’ll have it all figured out

Back in the gym after a while “home away from home”, man I’m glad I went through that. Rage will be refocused back to my training. No longer will women and drugs dictate my conduct, I will control theirs.

So let’s get into it!

After reading a shoulder article on here and considerin my current training for that are I decided on changing. My shoulders are a lagging area so I’ll hit them with varying styles during the week. on Monday and Thursday

Today would normally be a heavy day, but since its my first day back into weight training I’m focusing on form but keepig the rep scheme…will be amped up in a few weeks.

Seated Barbell Shoulder Press 2 x 3 (pausing at the completeion of each rep, and starting from the bottom position rather than the usual)

warm up…bar x 20, 65 x 15. 85 x 12, 105 x 10

Seated Barbell Press (normal unracking, and continuous repping)

Push Press

5 sets starting at 5 reps and decreasing 1 rep each set and adding 10 pounds every time starting at 165 pounds

For my Leg training I am in preparattion of getting into the Hungarian Leg Training Program

I understand its harsh but I’ve been through 3 weeks of it before…I figure if I condition for it I’ll make it through fine

so I’m squatting 135 for 10 x 10 with 20 second breaks to get used to the continuios timed sessions later on…I’ll start the actual program in three weeks

I carried out the rest of the work out as layed out in the program

Leg Extensions 3 x 10 ( ne set with toes pointed out, in, and nuetral)
Leg Curls 3 x 8 with 10 count between sets.

I got home and popped in my yogA DVD and followed the mid posing for the entire 45 minute program

I’m going back to the gym later I have two new clients to train at the school’s gym, I’ll do some cardio then…As for now I’m studying, sleeping and eating…I’ll post the nutrition and supps when the day is over.

Protein Shake mixed in Water
a handful of blueberries and another handful of almonds

Meal 2

3 Chicken Breasts
A big ass salad with EV Olive Oil
A small Sweet Potatoe

Snack 2

2 pm

1 Cup of Strawberries blended into 1 cup of cottage cheese
6 1000 mg fish oil tabs

Snack 3

430 pm

Protein Shake with Waxy Maize mixed with Natty PB and 2% Milk

Meal 3

630 pm

1 Chicken Breast
1 Salmon Filet
4 Cups of Mixed Vegetables
1 cup of Brown Rice

I’ll prolly have some spinach or broccoli with a steak around 9 and top the vegetable with melted cottage cheese, garlic and red pepper and drink a cup of skim milk

530 am (start on gallon of water and gallon of green tea with an aspirin)

I’ve been aching to resurrect the ancients. To bring forth what has built my twisted gains from the shadows. The problem is I’ve wasted too much time in the light, too much time listening to the thought process of those who are not wicked. I’m beginning to want to walk back into the flames that baptized me.

Today, there was a war. The war between good and evil. Needless to say, evil has taken control…with that said, the blackness that filled my soul spilled over and flowed into the weight room. The victim? There wasn’t one, if you have my point of view…pain is my equivalent to your beauty, my torture to your success.

With that said, today’s workout was simple. 1 exercise 30 reps 1 90 minutes long

Power clean 275 30x1 3 minute break periods.

taking a break til Monday, I’m getting back to what made me…fuck whatever you think is right because its in a book or some “legend” advocates it.
