Coach, I am 38 with many years of lifting and I have adopted EOD over the past few months and it has worked great. Been trying to lay out a program based of the eternal warrior program. Would you recommend ramping up to a top set for the strength portion or doing straight sets? I often would do 5x2 gradually increasing to 5x3 adding a rep each workout. I do that for each of the three lifts in the circuit. Since I’m approaching 40 is that to much?
