Eternal Warrior Program Without Traditional Cardio Equipment?

I am considering trying this program after my current program ends. My stumbling block is that I mostly train out of my garage and I have zero traditional cardio equipment for purposes of the 10 minute steady state sessions. I do have a sled and weight vest so I am thinking I can use these for purposes of the steady cardio sessions. Or I suppose I could also just go for a brisk walk around the neighborhood.

I’m also wondering how much I really need the steady state sessions. I ride my road bike twice a week for a total of between 2 and 3 hours so I’m getting plenty of steady state cardio. I’m probably overthinking all of this…
