This is very interesting. As you know I’ve been on my own TRT regime for around 2 years now with varying doses of Adex. The day after my Adex dose I always feel terrible. I’m highly sensitive to AI’s so I use a very low dose, I would be interested in switching over to 20mg Nolva a day and seeing how it goes.

Another question when you have a moment; have you had any reportings of men suffering from any stomach cramping or constipation when dropping their AI? If so, do you have any recommendations for relief? Anytime I reintroduce anastrazole/arimidex, the GI problems resolve themselves, but comes with a cascade of other side effects that I seem to experience with anastrazole as of late. I feel better without any AI with the exception of the GI issues and some water retention.
