Would there be any supplements, aside from fat burners, which you'd recommend to anyone trying to cut? Would fish oils for example help?
I always take fish oil- so yes, I'd say to keep that in while cutting. I think that if you want a really good muscle sparing effect, you'll need casein hydrolysate (MAG-10 is great, but generic stuff works fine too) or BCAA's at the very least. You could go with one or the other (both is redundant), and just sip on that through your workout. I find that these keep my strength from going to shit while I cut as well.
