Escalating Density Training - Question

Has any recieved good results, body composition wise, using Charles Statley’s Escalating Density Training?

I recall enjoying it and got my overhead press to 200lbs when I only weighed 165-170 lbs. I remember supersetting overhead press with weighted chins. I set a total rep/time goal for both, performed all reps crisp and fast, was strict about only increasing weight when I hit those goals. I was doing it more for strength and a break when I was doing competing in Olympic lifting. Body comp wise…didn’t hurt but wasn’t my goal.
