Thought I would start one here since I visit also daily.

Just started lifting seriously for about 3 months, did 9 weeks of starter strength practical programming and fell in love with the squat. I am now on a modified 5x5 since my goal is to drop weight while trying to retain as much strength/gain strength as possible.
