Cool, I think I’m going to go a week straight until I feel used to it and then up the dose while simultaneously taking two days off per week. I do understand what you are saying about cardio and infact I failed last night and played 2 games of basketball. I think that while I’m using the ephedra my cardio will be minimal but when I get off it I’m going to include more. Also T-Men this isn’t just ephedra, its the MD6 stack. I am starting with the absolute minimum dosage and will not up it beyond a mid level dose ever. Lastly I’m going to be taking a strong prohormone within the next couple of days along with the MD6. Good idea? Bad idea? I’d apreciate your input! You have already been a big help.
