EOD Template and Conditioning

I like the EOD lift specific set up.

When would be the best time to do my conditioning work?

I get the best results from implementing Sprint 8 on different things like: battle ropes, assault bike, heavy bag…

Could these be done on the off days of lifting or is it best to add them after the lifting sessions to keep the off days truly off days?

I actually wrote an article on that topic that should be published next week.

Basically, the anaerobic conditioning work can be done at the end of lifting workouts (or on its own day in the case of Max VO2/lactate threshold work) and aerobic work should be done on its own day.
