EOD and Sprint 8

If doing EOD training and adding 1 day a week of Sprint 8, where would you add it?

Would it still follow the one on one off schedule or would it be added as a finisher on a lifting day?

Example:
Day 1 - Bench
Day 2 - Off
Day 3 - Squat
Day 4 - Off
Day 5 - Press
Day 6 - Off
Day 7 - Deadlift
Day 8 - Off
Day 9 - Sprint 8
Day 10 - Off
Repeat

Or

Day 1 - Bench
Day 2 - Off
Day 3 - Squat
Day 4 - Off
Day 5 - Press / Sprint 8
Day 6 - Off
Day 7 - Deadlift
Day 8 - Off
