I remember Dr. Lowery discussing this in passing, and if memory serves Beradi is fond of it as well. But I was wondering if anyone could weigh in on experiences with this stuff. As I understand it’s processed from canola oil (good) and soy oil (bad!!) but apparently the diglyercide result would not have the adverse properties of soy oil. It’s supposed to be more readily used for energy, something like an mct maybe?? Any thoughts, opinions, or personal experiences would be appreciated
I thought soybean oil was ok? Isn’t it just the protein that you need to stay away from? Does the fat have the estrogenic effects as well?
