Thanks OG. I am going to try to sneak in a few more reps first. I was very happy with last night. The bar went up nice and even, no slanting, sawing, zig zagging, whatever I had going on there for a while.

I am having a REALLY hard time isolating my front delts. I can’t seem to keep my shoulder blades pinned down, and other shit takes over… I think, or at least that’s what it feels like. I did manage to set them on fire this morning so that’s something.
Open to suggestions.

Whipped a kink in my ass called it. I was hoping it would work itself out during the day, but only so so. Got home foam rolled, stretched, blah, blah, blah. Feels somewhat better now. Hopefully it will be okay in the morning.
