So, for his bday, Jed wanted pizza, sweet & sour chicken, cake with no frosting, and cookies & cream ice cream. No gifts, no nothing just that.

I like the way your son thinks. Food is priority #1 in my book as well.

Have to take dad to a Dr. Appointment, did this in a hurry.

Sometimes when I’m in a hurry I have my best workouts.

Had to switch to a mixed grip on the 3rd set of the last wave. I liked it. Did real good keeping the glutes activated until the last couple sets of the second wave then became harder the keep them engaged. But, my lats actually got in the game too!
I will definitely do this again, but maybe save it for the weekend. :grimacing:

A little too conservative, could had started a tiny bit heavier.
Got a new to me weed eater yesterday. Good deal $30 for a Toro. But, it kicked my ass!
Seemed really heavy after about 1.5 hours into to it. I think it was built for for one of those short armed people. Going to have to make sone adjustments.

Ugh! It was hard to use holding it with one hand and hanging on to the fence with other.
