Energy Systems Work

hey just wanted to get an opinion from the T-Nation crowd. What do you think will work better for fat loss - light intensity fasted cardio or 400m sprints/jog-run training? i’m torn and don’t know which way to go.

Do both.

go for a walk when you feel like it and sprint after each training session. Try litvinovs with your sprints. Use DB’s It hurts more that way.

200 and 400 m litvinovs are working for me.
