Energy Drinks Okay Pre-Workout?

Hey guys, just wondering what is the verdict on energy drinks? Personally, I love em…Although my fatloss in the recent months has “myseriously” hit a standstill while using them. Does anyone know if they are okay to use or an absolute no-no? Also, is it possible that they might impair weight loss?
