Someone showed me this energy drink recently and I was madly impressed.
IIRC, it had over 20g of protein and a little less than that carbs (but half the carbs were from fiber!), and a pretty decent amount of caffeine. Energy drinks are a must have for me around exams, when my nutrition and training kind of go to shit for a week or two anyway, so I think that would be a nice thing to have around.
Problem is, I can’t remember what the brand was.
Anybody here familiar with it?
I believe Monster has a protein energy drink. It does not taste very good though.
I believe google has a whole list of protein energy drinks.
The vanilla flavored Muscle Monster is pretty good
But this Protean flavor… dude, it’s so bad. Like Fear Factor world championship bad. I can’t believe they still sell it.
