90% of the time, I simply feel like I am burned out. Not only does it suck in my daily living, but it makes my lifting sessions very difficult. Is there anything I can take to help with this?
I currently take 3 ZMA capsules before I go to sleep. I drink whey protein before and after my workouts. I try to eat pretty clean. I know I should sleep better, but it seems like i get all of this energy right before going to sleep, and have an urge to do stuff. Wish I had that energy throughout the day. Please help.
