I’ve just been speaking to the owner of the establishment at which I work; so from my perspective a very important man; important but misguided as he is into endurance running! Urgh!
My question is does anyone who might be into such a thing have any websites that they could recommend? My client is 39, male, healthy, and runs 1/2 marathons in around 2 hours; his goal is to improve his time.
Any suggestions would be appreciated,
