265x1 with a nice pause came up fairly easy. A little hitch right in the middle, but never in doubt.
I’ve decided to really hit triceps hard on bench day and take it really easy on press day. We’ll see how that goes. In the future, I plan to utilize BBS for press as often as possible and use that day to focus on just the press and back work (I might start to have challenges with myself on how many chins/pullups I can do over the course of the 16 press sets). Bench day will be heavily focused on dips/DB bench/triceps/etc, and easy back work. Just thinking out loud here…
