Endorphin Addiction?

I was chatting with my training buddy the other day about how I felt crappy after a few days of not-training. It may of been a combo of me drinking the night before but it came up that things are always better after training.

I was wondering though, it is the endorphins making people who excericse feel great but do you reckon you could get addicted to them. Not in the sense you’d get withdrawl symptons etc… but in a sense that life doesn’t seem the same without them running through yah.


What if you did physical labour for you living?

And what if when you laid around too often you began to feel sluggish and your brain doesn’t feel as sharp.

Isn’t it close to the same thing?


Its close if not exactly the same thing.
