Endomorph Eating Guidelines

First of all, I am new to the board. I am 33 years old, 5’ 9", and 185lbs. I am a former baseball player that weighed around 155 - 160lbs. I am an Endomorph, so I gain easily and lose very, very slowly.

I currently take the following supplement:

MegaMan Daily Multivitamin
Vitamin B6
CLA (once daily)
Flaxseed Oil
Fish Oil

Diet-wise, I eat 5 - 6 small meals daily. I work out with weights and perform cardio four days a week.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated…thanks in advance for any help!

What are trying to do? Gain mass? Lose Fat?

I am trying to tone up…I need to shred about 20lbs of body weight…I am stocky and just want to shred the fat and get lean and cut…
