First of all, I am new to the board. I am 33 years old, 5' 9", and 185lbs. I am a former baseball player that weighed around 155 - 160lbs. I am an Endomorph, so I gain easily and lose very, very slowly.
I currently take the following supplement:
MegaMan Daily Multivitamin
CLA (once daily)
Diet-wise, I eat 5 - 6 small meals daily. I work out with weights and perform cardio four days a week.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...thanks in advance for any help!
