Good job overall. If I were you I’d bulk for a few months longer so if/when you cut you can sit at a pretty 200lbs. I know it’s probably tempting to cut a little bit for the warm months but adding another 10 clean pounds in the right places would really pay off.
Triceps made the least progress, so I’d prioritze those by putting them first in the day you do them and also maybe change up some exercises.
Next thing to focus on is the entire posterior chain. Hams, glutes, erectors all need work. Rack pulls and RDL would be very efective (on different days preferably).
Definitely made progress. I know I’m repeating stuff here, but chest and arms are much better. Finally someone puts up pics that actually show some muscle gain with their pudge -lol. Seriously bro, good work. When you finally cut down a bit, you’re gonna be glad you did it correctly)
