What do I do at the end of the ABBH. The article only goes to day 27 or so. Do I continue, or switch the program out?
Switch the movement plane with the method. In other words, the horizontal pressing/pulling day (formerly 110 x 3-5) now becomes 5 x 10. Vertical pressing/pulling day becomes 10 x 3-5. Obviously, the same is done with lower body exercises.
Now you have another 3-4 weeks.
Many others have posted that they reversed the program. I haven’t tried that myself. Either that or move on, it is not meant to be done continuously…
