I was reading off the forum where CT posted pictures of “DaFreak.” Obviously this kid has made a huge body tranformation over the last half year. Does anyone know of an article outlining the workouts? If not, can anyone summarize its parameters??
Hey. I chimed in on that thread too. I believe the emphasis rotation program is actually the specialization article recently wrote. Anyone, please correct me if im wrong, b/c I’m not too sure.
