Started with Bench press today as I figured doing my worst lifts earlier in the week would mean me being fresher for them.
Hit all the sets really easily and on the 5 set I got 12 reps.
I then did 4 sets of CG bench press and my goodness did it make me realise how weak I am after so long doing nothing but eating.
Pendlay row/band pull superset
Hit 15 bbd pulls each time
Tri pushdowns/cable curls
25pushdowns @ 15kg
15 curls @15kg
