Follow the link in case you have never heard of it before. Just curious as to whether anybody has tried this program out yet (or plan to) and what your opinions are about it. Do you like it? Why or why not? That kind of thing.

Funny, thought it was more pure strength and GPP work. Have you tried it yourself or did you just give it a quick look over?
The phase 1 you linked to is the GPP and hypertrophy phase. Phase 2 is the maximal strength phase but the maximal strength workouts are a fairly generic westside template.
